Availability of more information will help health professionals to make more value based health decisions under a new strategy to improve safety and quality of medical care. The new plan will develop a new entity that will compare efficacy and safety of existing medical technologies and procedures. It will focus on the adoption of new guidelines that will provide health care information transparency, adopt best practices and a more patient centered resolution of disputes.
